Terris only collects minimum Personal Information required to offer our services. Your Personal Information may be provided to us by our Clients. In such cases, Terris shall process such Personal Information as a data processor on behalf of those Clients who use our services. In such instances, our client’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy, will apply to our processing of your Personal Information.

Terris will not sell or rent your Personal Information to a third-party. We do not share, disclose, or otherwise provide Personal Information to other companies for the marketing of their own services, products or applications.
We may disclose your personal data with contracted third-party vendors and service providers who we work with and are contractually bound by confidentiality obligations. We only share Personal Information with vendors and service providers to help us provide our service to you.
